Other sensors can tell you specific values, quite often inaccurately, however the Tan Delta Oil Quality Sensor is constantly looking for any damage being caused to your oil by checking all of the most common wear mechanisms, giving you a quick and simple way of ensuring your equipment is being properly protected by your oil.

By using our patented method the Tan Delta Oil Quality Sensor is able to accurately monitor the condition of your oil.

How it works

Traditionally, dielectric sensors are used to measure the capacitance of the oil, which changes as the oil wears.



As a result of the increased sensitivity, the Tan Delta Oil Quality Sensor can detect the very early stages of deterioration or damage to the oil, allowing timely planning of any intervention that may be needed.

A key benefit of the Tan Delta Oil Quality Sensor is the stability of the readings at different temperatures.



All of this gives you total visibility of how your oil and therefore your critical equipment is performing.
